This list of sites was compiled by students and faculty in the Texas A&M Practical Weather Forecasting class.

Model Soundings

• Northern Illinois Univ. Sounding Machine
  • Easy to use, with access to NCEP and European models.
• Earl's Model Skew-T Web Page
  • Less flexibility than NIU, but much more information in the soundings themselves.
• NOAA RUC Sounding Page
  • Also includes GFS soundings and any observed soundings you can think of.
• NSSL 4-km WRF and NAM Soundings
  • Southern Plains and Southeast US only, but high-speed and high-quality.
