Q: How do I write scripts for the csh (and tcsh) shell?
A: 1. Do a google search on "c shell".
     2. Read an original c-shell introduction by William Joy.
     
Q: Can I get to the CLAIM system to add services or change passwords without having to go to an Openaccess Lab or Helpdesk Central?
A: Yes. In a terminal window:
    telnet to acs.tamu.edu
    Username: vtam
    At the 'ATM' screen, type CLAIM
    You are now at the CLAIM login interface, so provide     your CLAIM password and you're in.
